What to Include
To help us answer quickly, tell us the email address of the Google account you sign in with, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. A screenshot, the time of the problem, or the reference shown on a failed video helps a lot.
Common Requests
- Video problems: the result looks wrong, didn’t finish or won’t download.
- Refunds: if a finished video has a problem, email us and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method through Stripe; if you’ve used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used yet are refunded in money too. Failed renders and refused photos get their credits back automatically, so you don’t need to write for those.
- Account and payments: Google sign-in, credits and orders.
- Privacy: deleting your photos earlier than the automatic 30 days, deleting your videos, or deleting your account.
- Rights concerns: if you believe a video made with Wall Run AI uses your image without permission, email us with the details.
