Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Wall Run AI at https://wallrunai.com. By using the service you agree to them. Last updated: November 2, 2026.

The Service

Wall Run AI lets you upload one photo and get an AI-generated version of the viral dam wall run video, with the subject of your photo as the runner. Wall Run AI is not affiliated with @jacksonzhangai / Jackson Zhang, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, ByteDance, Alibaba or the Wan team.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to be in a video. Everyone shown must be 18 or older.
• No photos of minors.
• No photos of celebrities or public figures.
• Photos of pets are fine.

You are responsible for what you upload and for what you share.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wall Run AI or the videos it makes to:

• deceive people, including passing a video off as a real stunt in a misleading way;
• harass anyone;
• impersonate anyone;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise harmful content;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

The videos are AI-generated. Never try the stunt for real. We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you give us a limited licence to store and process them only to make the videos you request. Generated videos carry no watermark. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use your videos for personal sharing on social media. Please label them as AI-generated.

AI Output

Results can vary. The likeness is close but not guaranteed to be perfect, and we don’t guarantee that a video will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Please check your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Credits are bought in one-time packs; there is no subscription. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe (card through Stripe Checkout, or Apple Pay on supported devices). We don’t store card numbers. Credits never expire, are not transferable and have no cash value except under the refund rule below.

Refunds

A failed render is retried once automatically for free; if it fails again, or if the AI provider’s content check refuses your photo, the credits go back to your balance automatically. If a finished video has a problem, email support@wallrunai.com and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method through Stripe; if you’ve used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used yet are refunded in money too.

Photos and Privacy

Your photos are used only to make the video you requested and are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. The AI provider doesn’t keep them. Your videos stay in your account until you ask us by email to delete them. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Termination

You may stop using Wall Run AI at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for credits.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Wall Run AI after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
