This Privacy Policy explains how Wall Run AI ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://wallrunai.com. Last updated: November 2, 2026.

Information We Collect

1. Account information: your name, email address and profile picture from the Google account you sign in with. Google sign-in is the only way to create an account.
2. Photos you upload: the photo you provide so we can make your video, including the person or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos: the videos we make for you and related details such as status and creation time.
4. Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits spent and technical data such as browser and device type.
5. Payment data: the packs you buy and their payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, handle refunds, prevent abuse, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your uploaded photo is used only to make the video you asked for. We don’t sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Service Providers

To run Wall Run AI we rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video generation, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). They receive only the data they need to do that work. To make your video, your photo is sent to an AI video provider; the AI provider doesn’t keep your photos.

Storage and Deletion

• Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. If you want a photo deleted sooner, email support@wallrunai.com.
• Videos are saved to your account on our servers so you can watch and download them. They stay there until you ask us to delete them, or your account, by email at support@wallrunai.com.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos, videos and account, by emailing support@wallrunai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as objecting to certain processing or asking for a copy of your data.

Photos of Other People and Minors

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who agreed, aged 18 or older. Don’t upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Photos of pets are fine.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies that keep you signed in and Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. A first-visit cookie that lasts 30 days records where you came from (for example, the site or link that brought you here). You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
